I am involved with several different 1st responder mental health organizations, all of which have played and continue to play an important role in my recovery. These organizations are all heavily invested in supporting 1st responders and veterans who are living with PTSD/Depression and other operational stress injuries. Some of these organizations are focused on proactive approaches to operational stress injuries and building a community of 1st responders with the common goal of using fitness and movement to help maintain mental health.
