I was invited to be a speaker at this 5 day first responder retreat located in Three Lakes Wisconsin. I was honoured to present my “Post Traumatic Growth: It Does Exist and How I Achieved It” presentation to first responders including law enforcement, firefighter/paramedic, 911 dispatcher/call takers and nurses. The presentation also included an interactive portion where we collectively discussed the pros/cons and challenges of each of the points or keys to my success with my presentation and discussions last 3 1/2 hours.
